Supreme Court Delivers Judgement on Saraki's Case

The Supreme Court has ruled that Nigeria's Senate President Saraki must face corruption trial at the Code Of Conduct Tribunal. saraki docked.png Saraki had filed an appeal at the Apex court seeking to quash the 13-count charge the Federal Government filed against him by the CCT. Delivering judgement today, the Apex Court declared that Saraki’s CCT trial is proper and in order.
